As our 5th annual RT | Foundation has come to a close, we’re reminded of why we created this award contest in the first place: to help small businesses in any way possible.
This year, we had so many incredible stories from our applicants and our judging panel took their time carefully reviewing each application.

ITSO Coffee
Caroline, founder of ITSO Coffee, is redefining what it means to build a coffee brand with heart, heritage, and impact. Inspired by a trip back to her hometown in Kenya, she launched ITSO to bring direct-trade Kenyan coffee to Canadian communities – while empowering women farmers and youth along the way.
