The customer acknowledges that a custom order may not be cancelled once artwork and order confirmation are approved. Rootree is not responsible for any delays which are out of our control.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Any authorized returns after 14 days may incur a restocking fee of 20% on the item(s) being returned. To be eligible for a return, you must contact our Customer Service department (1-833-766-8733) for a Return Authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the timeframe determined by your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your undesired item(s). Shipping costs are non­refundable. Rootree is responsible for the shipping costs for authorized returns of items which are returned due to defects or errors in shipping. A shipping label will be provided to you by Customer Service.
