Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must contact our Customer Service department (1-833-766-8733) for a Return Authorization.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within the timeframe determined by your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Rootree is responsible for the shipping costs for authorized returns of items which are returned due to defects or errors in shipping. A shipping label will be provided to you by Customer Service.
