Bubbling with innovation and ready to present our disruptive innovation, our VP of Product Development, Pia, got up on stage and shared the latest and greatest. Our mono-material recyclable spout pouches are created with the latest recycling technology, while keeping in mind a variety of features for our customers – maximizing functionality.
Through a collaborative effort with our partners, we were able to get our high-barrier liquid packaging to meet sustainability needs, while providing customers with a practical packaging solution.
We designed, printed, converted, and spouted our way to a final product, right here in our Burlington facility. After the pouches came off the spouting lines, they were filled with a luxurious bath soap provided by our partners at Bathorium.This new packaging furthers our mission of setting sustainability to be the standard. How? It’s made with significantly less packaging than traditional rigid packaging, reducing carbon footprints, shipping costs, and plastic waste.This pouch helps create that circular loop we’ve always dreamed of. It’s digitally printed, which means no plates or cylinders, and less waste. These award-winning pouches are made with 30% post-consumer recycled content.
