From branding, website maintenance, content creation, content marketing, motion graphics, paid digital ads, and SEO—let’s open the vault to this stellar creative venture.
Rootree’s Creative Services team began by aiding Chef’s Vault in their branding journey, with a comprehensive brand guide. The Rootree team also helped Chef’s Vault refine their current website and provide monthly maintenance to it. This began with a Shopify theme development and modifications, including custom plugin development. Rootree’s team executed full page design, with content additions and image editing.

The Creative Services team also provided social media management and blog writing for Chef’s Vault. This included developing the brand’s content calendar and social strategy to achieve organic growth. Rootree’s social media managers and graphic design team collaborated to create promotional graphics and compelling advertisements. Our team also connected and engaged with influencers, consumers, and potential clients on social media to boost the brand’s online presence. Every month, our social media team wrote a blog post or recipe to the brand’s core content pillars, which was then posted on the website and featured through social media and email marketing. Over eight months, our team’s efforts aided Chef’s Vault in achieving a 250.5% increase in impressions to 1.9 million, a 467.6% increase in engagement to 58k, a 15.9% increase in fans to 204 total, and a 1400% boost in brand awareness.

Emails highlighted priority information, sales, key products, and the newest blog post. This content was showcased in unique email templates, created to match the updated Chef’s Vault brand. The Rootree team used data to deploy emails at times when customers were proven to be most active. Abandoned-cart email automations were also utilized to recapture customers after they have left the website.

To add to Chef’s Vault’s marketing, Rootree also created paid social ads with animations made by our web team. This engaging video content was made to highlight top sellers, as well as promote Chef’s Vault’s unique selling points to potential audiences. The paid social media campaigns were ran on Instagram and Facebook, targeting the client’s buyer personas. Rootree created funnel campaigns including brand awareness, traffic, retargeting, conversions, and seasonal offers. The campaigns were an overall success; they had average click-through rates (CTR) ranging from 1.8% to 6.39%, and a cost-per-click (CPC) ranging from $0.15 to $0.94.
